Once we have agreed a schedule of works which satisfies your landlord, we get to work to bring your car park back to an acceptable standard for your landlord. As part of the works we can clean and fix broken lights (or replace them with LED where necessary), electrically check the whole car park, re-lay tarmac, fix broken kerbs, islands or barriers, fix door closings, re-paint the white lining and clean it from top to bottom (including re-painting wall, ceilings and columns).
